Our customer service team is the front line of Rob Roberts Custom Gun Works. Great experiences with our customer service representatives can shape how the customer forever views us as a trustworthy business. We are looking for someone who exhibits professionalism in their workflow and in their interaction with others. A willingness to learn and grow with us as a company is key.
JOB DESCRIPTION
*Full Time / 40 Hours
*Greet customers and make them feel at home.
*Answer any questions the customers may have.
*Assist customers in preparing their orders.
*Learn pricing and details about products and services in order to be a knowledge base for customers.
*Learn details about guns and related items.
*Answer phones and handle walk-ins.
*Work on computers.
*Work in close quarters with fellow employees.
REQUIREMENTS
*At least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.
*Keep a clean work environment.
*Problem solving skills.
*Strong organizational skills.
*Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and fellow employees.
*Basic computer knowledge.
*Ability to move and carry semi-heavy items.
*Ability to listen and cognitively understand.
